Do not be deceived by websites offering these dresses at discounted prices. These sites will offer massive discounts  off the manufacturer's suggested retail prices.

Many of these sites will lead you to believe the following:

·         You are dealing directly with the official brand when in reality you may be buying a counterfeit dress, or one from a third party which has no relationship with any official company. If you purchase a dress from an unauthorized dealer and have a problem with sizing, colour variation, or defective merchandise, there is no recourse.

·         You believe they are an authorized brick-and mortar retail store or the official manufacturer of the branded dress, when in fact they may be operating out of a private home, or is what is described as a sweat shop factory

What does all this mean for you?

As you move further away from the original source of your dress, you increase the opportunity for error; which unfortunately, you will not discover until you receive your dress. The most common problems that arise include receiving the incorrect style or size, counterfeit styles, wrong colours, defective garments, or the worst possible scenario, not receiving your dress in time for the wedding or prom. If there is a problem, who is going to correct it? Not the Internet supplier - you will be left with the stress and expense of dealing with this last minute catastrophe.
